Web/Marketing Analytics

Our client, a well known company with retail locations in 60 countries, is looking for a Web/Marketing Analytics Associate to join their team! The perfect candidate will help to create and execute data campaigns to analyze customer data for their new digital marketing program. If you're an expert in statistics, including conducting quantitative analysis on large data sets, and have a strong understanding of how that data applies to the marketing team, this is the opportunity for you! This is a full time/direct hire position, on site in Chicago, IL. 

Web/Marketing Analytics Responsiblities: 
  • Help to bridge the gap between data and actionable digital marketing programs by utilizing strong quantitative and programming-based statistical skills
  • Determine and establish core CRM metrics methodology, reporting and analysis infrastructure including integration and automation with existing CRM
  • Development of relevant technical requirements for any associated software enhancements
  • Develop, validate and execute tactical CRM related modeling regarding audience, cadence, messaging, content, predictive modeling 
  • Partner with third part analytic and reporting tech vendors
  • Collaborate with insights team to develop and translate through statistical modeling practices and integrate relevant strategic customer segmentations
  • Collaborate on the methodology development, reporting design, and automation of at both co-op and store level customer KPIs

Web/Marketing Analytics Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in an analytical based role
  • Programming proficiency in one of the following: SAS/Base and SAS/Stat (ability to write SAS macros preferred) or SPSS
  • Proven experience in attrition/retention modeling, survival analytics methods, and time series analysis highly preferred
  • Ability to consumer a wide range of analytic tasks including program measurement, database analysis, customer segmentation, and sophisticated modeling techniques
  • Ability to write programs to process and manipulate data 
  • SQL and SAS proficiency
  • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or related quantitative field
