Our client is seeking to hire an Account Manager to join their team! Must have at least 3-8 years experience in a pharmaceutical advertising/marketing communications agency to be considered at this time. 

Strategic Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Execute/manage projects that are part of the account(s) or overall scope(s) to include content deliverables such as slide decks, strategic plans, training materials and/or live events
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Scientific Communications, Creative, and Editorial)
  • Support senior Account staff in development of client marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with project management team to develop timelines, and identify possible red flags in projects You have a strong strategic and analytical background
  • You can interact in a professional manner with clients and leaders with scope in a variety of therapeutic areas
  • Understand and interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical and preclinical data
  • Ability to interpret business metrics and financial information 

Strategic Account Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-8 years’ account management experience in a pharmaceutical advertising/marketing communications agency
  • Working proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiar with routing processes and systems (i.e. Smartsheets, WorkFront, proofHQ, etc.)
  • Knowledge of medical/scientific terminology and clinical data on assigned projects/accounts
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate brand strategy on assigned accounts
  • Ability to execute client deliverables with a sense of urgency and client service orientation
