Check out this amazing REMOTE, Social Media & Community Manager position. For this direct hire position, the Social Media & Community Manager will create and publish content across social channels for both (B2B) and (B2C) initiatives to create a presence that supports the company’s goals and mission.  Among other weekly responsibilities assigned by marketing managers, the Social Media & Community Manager will work closely with the marketing leadership team to manage consumer-facing channels and will interact with its audience in accordance with standards set.  
 
Social Media & Community Manager Responsibilities:
  • Create, write, and publish marketing content across communication channels, which include: social media 
  • platforms, Ads, eBlasts, and SMS 
  • Create high-quality graphics to be used in marketing campaigns 
  • Participate in scheduled livestreams featuring product announcements, unboxings, etc. across social channels. 
  • Coordinate execution and monitoring of contests and promotions
  • Engage audiences by participating in social listening and responding in a timely and professional manner to questions and comments across social channels  
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed
Social Media & Community Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Media, Marketing or related field or years of experience in a similar or related 
  • position will be considered in lieu of degree   
  • Experience preferred, including a proven record of creating and deploying social media content on multiple 
  • platforms that engaged consumers, built brand loyalty, and increased revenue 
  • Experience with the social media tracking system is highly desirable   
  • Ability to work efficiently with sudden, heavy workloads and short deadlines through effective time 
  • management, prioritization, and a positive attitude.  
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be eligible to travel via common carrier to domestic and international work locations 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of multiple social media platforms, postings and writing
