We are looking to hire a talented Sharepoint Communications Administrator for a temporary hire opportunity in Malvern, PA. The Sharepoint Communications Administrator provides architectural, technical and administrative solutions as well as production support for the division's use of SharePoint. They will create, implement and maintain template-based Finance SharePoint pages with consistent navigation, common tabs, while ensuring brand integrity and design standards. As Sharepoint Communications Administrator, you will develop communications strategies and collateral for specified programs, services and divisional initiatives across various communication mediums and to a variety of targeted audiences.

Sharepoint Communications Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Works with department clients to develop an understanding of communication strategies for specified programs, services and departmental initiatives. 
  • Develops integrated communication plans for internal audiences including timing, conception, direction and roll out. Develops presentations and participates in the delivery of presentations at department meetings as needed.
  • Conceptualizes, presents, and executes high-quality and effective design solutions for a variety of communications collateral. Uses and demonstrates advanced understanding of graphics software programs, typography, production, and digital pre-press tools and techniques in producing digital files for electronic or print output
  • Assumes ownership of content development by researching subject matter and collaborating with subject matter experts and other internal contacts 
  • Assists in researching ad hoc inquiries along with editing and revising material ensuring consistent tone and approach.
  • Works with divisional CrewNet webmaster, SharePoint owners, and Information Technology crew to ensure department web content information is user friendly and up to date. Serves as communications subject matter expert for elevating new data onto online departmental sites. Ensures department online information includes, but is not limited to department news, highlights, calendar of events, announcements, reference materials, tools, dashboards, crew contacts, etc.
  • Determines ways to connect to groups such as Marketing & Communications in an effort to improve skills.

  • Follows documentation standards including writing/design/usability/etc., style guides, templates, style sheets and file naming systems. Follows regulatory and corporate communications standards, such as legal use of corporate logo, name and copyright
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Sharepoint Communications Administrator Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years experience
  • Advanced communication design and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex subject matter to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills 
  • Ability to lead team to desired conclusion
  • Self starter, able to work independently with minimal direction and develop practical responses to issues where there is no clear precedent
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor 
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
