Senior Producer

We have your next position available! Our major pharmaceutical client is looking for a talented Senior Video Producer for a full time salaried opportunity in Kenilworth, NJ. The Senior Video Producer must have high end video experience within a major corporate brand, pharmaceutical experience is preferred! They will work directly with the creative team to manage schedules, resourcing, budgets, assets and overall project organization to ensure the team meets project requirements and client expectations.

Senior Producer Responsibilities: 
  • Manage team of full-time and freelance creative and technical production personnel
  • Determines appropriate staff, work assignments, and prioritization
  • Leads the team across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their objectives, write scripts if needed and assemble the required assets
  • Maintains the “big picture” for projects and client requirements ensuring that deliverables are on strategy and retain consistent messaging and branding
  • Develops a “trusted advisor” relationship with business partners and clients
  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of digital media assets
  • Build and maintain relationships with global production service providers and vendors
  • Monitor project manager tool for incoming requests
  • Develops and implements best practices, policies, workflows, and procedures
  • Creates response plans to address organization gaps and evolving business needs
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement: studios, facilities, and equipment
  • Coaches, mentors, develops staff
  • Researches, organizes, and disseminates relevant account services information
  • Implements and refines account services methodologies, templates, and tools
Senior Producer Requirements / Skills:  
  • Advanced skills in video creation: concepting, writing, producing, and post-production
  • Independent thinker and exceptional storyteller who can craft a compelling story from original and existing footage
  • Experience with budgeting, image and music licensing, research, and project management
  • Experience with multi-camera shoots, directing crew, and working with a production team
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, client relationship, organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the production workflow from pre-production through final delivery and archiving
  • Proficient in video production equipment & processes
  • Able to interview and direct on-camera talent
  • Degree in Communications, Video/Film Production or related field required
  • 10+ years corporate  video production experience: Producing and directing with increasing level of complexity
  • Portfolio required
