We have your next position available! Our client is looking for a talented Senior Manager Demand Generation for a direct hire/full-time opportunity currently located in Atlanta, GA. The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading and executing integrated demand generation campaigns for one or more strategic business units by employing the right mix of inbound and outbound, account-based and paid media strategies to optimize lead-to-opportunity deal funnel. 

Senior Manager Demand Generation Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for demand generation strategy and prioritization of multi-channel, multi-touch demand creation campaigns that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics in support of the company's revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute regional demand creation programs for regional business lines and consult with adjacent marketing and sales teams, including the national digital strategy team, who are working on local or industry-based demand generation efforts
  • Research and determine the most appropriate strategy, channels and tactics to generate awareness and interest among our target buyers
  • Manage and work within  marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics)to regularly monitor and measure program effectiveness, and report to executive leadership
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length and manage reporting dashboards for marketing and executive audiences
  • Partner with brand and communications team, including a content producer and PR agency,  to identify opportunities to leverage paid media tactics such as digital advertising, including retargeting
  • Partner with the national digital strategy team to ensure adherence to best practices, consistent operations, etc.
  • Understand the marketing technology landscape, including third party vendors, that could provide expertise/services to the organization to drive demand generation initiatives

Senior Manager Demand Generation Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree
  • MBA in marketing or related business degree preferred
  • 10  years in a B2B marketing role with experience in demand generation campaign development, deployment and measurement
  • Experience in digital/inbound marketing including content marketing; ability to leverage social media to seed demand and search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM)
  • Direct experience and functional understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools, including but not limited to these or similar: CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), content management (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and business Sr. Manager, Demand Generation (P4/P5)
