 Location: Philadelphia, PA 
Type: Temp-Hire

The Project Analyst will engage in efforts to meet the needs of its internal customers and stakeholders through the organization. This role will assist with the development, prototype, testing and introduction of service-related systems in the organization. 

Project/Business Requirements Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Project Manager during a project life cycle 
  • Write business requirements/user stories, create wireframes, organize and facilitate prototype reviews 
  • Establish cost, schedule and scope feasibility while gathering requirements and create evaluation criteria to be used during the development and testing stages of a project
  • Manage requirement changes or conflicts through the project life cycles while ensuring adequate documentation and escalation where required
  • Provide strategic consultation on support services systems technology and trends to the business and drive product roadmap
  • Support system launches with Finance, Human Resources and other Administrative Departments as needed 

Project/Business Requirements Analyst Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Human Resources or equivalent work experience required 
  • Strong project management and business requirements gathering skills 
  • Understand the business aspects of an enterprise’s administration and finance functions 
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
