The Project Operations Manager role is a new role for our client, we are seeking a Project Manager professional that his highly skilled in managing projects but mostly they want them interact with different units on the team with a keen focus on process improve and training. 

Project Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Ensures timely, efficient, quality management throughout the project life cycle for the team’s most complex fee-for-service and strategic enterprise projects
  • Coordinates with the web team, clients and colleagues to identify project scope and align resources and delivery of documentation and final products
  • Extends current project standards, tools and documentation – and improve existing methodologies – to contract Project Operations Manager on an as-needed basis
Project Operations Manager Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lead projects 
  • Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or other approaches necessary, experience with both methods is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management techniques 
  • Web & Digital experience required 
  • Verbal and written communication skills, process improvement, problem solving, analyzing information and reporting skills
  • Project Management professional certification desirable, not required
  • Will not accept strictly backend IT experience - must have both the creative, front end & back end web and digital experience to be considered
