Our client in the financial services space is seeking a talented temporary Project Manager to join their team near Elizabeth, NJ! This person will be responsible for the overall planning and execution of Web and Print projects for clients, teaming with Account, Creative and Technical leads to manage strategy, production, schedule, budget, and quality assurance. Project Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and manage project and production schedules
  • Work closely with Account Management and the internal creative and production teams to facilitate communications, manage workflow and ensure successful and timely delivery
  • Manage resources and project budgets
  • Forecast resource needs and allocations
  • Oversee range of projects from small banner campaigns to mid-size site builds
  • Oversee 10 projects concurrently
  • Create project plans, identify critical path and dependencies
  • Assess and mitigate risk
  • Conduct vendor assessments; review production contracts and manage vendor relationships
  • Reconcile financials
  • Define project requirements
  • Author statements of work
  • Manage budget estimating, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Estimate level of effort for creative development as well as production
  • Bring technology innovation and a creative perspective to the production/execution of projects
Project Manager Skills/Requirements:
  • Prior interactive/digital agency experience is a must (7+ years preferred)
  • Experience with banner production, application development, site builds, mobile
  • Project management oversight from start to completion
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong web/tech knowledge as well as computer skills
  • Previous project management/workflow software management
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML
  • Experience managing Print Production workflow and vendor management, preferred
  • Interest in emerging digital technology and innovation (i.e. AR/VR, AI etc.)
