TBG is seeking a strong Pharmaceutical Project Manager in center city Philadelphia. Must have at least 2 - 3 years working in a regulated environment such as biotechnology or pharmaceutical categories. 

Project Manager Responsibilities: 
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of work plans for delivery of new training solutions
  • The position will be responsible to develop project plans in terms of status, budget, and time-line
  • The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of the overall development of pharmaceutical agents and able to fully integrate multidisciplinary functions into a cohesive plan
  • Be the key point of contact for answering internal team member project or timeline-related questions 
  • Work closely with the Account Executive to understand client business needs and to anticipate new opportunities in status meetings to facilitate account growth, provide input for proposals, and manage scope and change orders for assigned projects when necessary 

Project Manager Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Account Management in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry
  • Experience scheduling and facilitating team meetings, for effective team and management communications
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans and budgets
  • Must have some Project Management tracking tool experience to be considered
