Our highly reputable client in the Malvern, PA is looking for a temporary hire Project Manager. This is great long-term opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fantastic organization. In this position, you will be working on compliance and regulatory projects.


Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Defines, plans, coordinates, and implements project plans for corporate and marketing communication initiatives
  • Consults with clients to understand their business objectives to recommend the most effective approach while balancing project scope with creative services priorities
  • Sets up and leads kick-off meetings with full team and internal buy-in sessions among internal team members
  • Coordinates day-to-day work with outside agencies and vendor if applicable
  • Develops and maintains production schedules for all assigned projects; coordinates client, legal, and editorial reviews; follows up on assigned project tasks to ensure time frames are being met; keeps manager and project team aware of resource problems, schedule changes and requirement changes
  • Leads creative teams including writers, editors, designers, mail and inventory specialists, rich media project leaders and others as required
  • Researches and recommends cost-effective solutions; ensures that each phase of the process meets the highest quality standards; conducts usability tests to ensure final deliverables function as planned
  • Serves as the liaison with select printing firms to request bids and assign projects; selects paper stocks and writes technical specifications for vendors; consults with clients and vendors on production and budget issues
  • Coordinates elevation of projects to websites (including PDFs, weblinks, jump pages, etc.) and multi-channel marketing efforts with other marketing contacts (i.e. jump pages, banner ads, e-mail etc.) and direct mail efforts; tracks time worked in all projects; ensures production and drop-ship forms are complete and accurate


Project Manager Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE data analytics skills (strong experience with Access and Excel) and the ability to visually represent data 
  • Undergraduate degree (Marketing, English, or Communications preferred) or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 1-3 years of related marketing and/or print and web production experience preferred
  • Project management and Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
  • Solid organization skills; ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required together with an ability to work effectively with various internal teams at all levels
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure
  • Tableau experience is a plus
