Project Manager

Our client is seeking a direct hire/full time, Project Manager that will be responsible for providing day-to-day client support, technical assistance and project management of specific client accounts in Philadelphia, PA.  This person must have both print and digital Project Management experience in an agency to be considering; including web builds, site enhancements, and digital projects.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Developing estimates and proposals, working with client service director, account executives, creative and media departments, and traffic, as well as PR/SM
  • Working closely with division director, account executives, creative director, PR/social media director and media director to ensure that creative briefs are complete and understood internally, and that ideas and strategies are effective and targeted to the right audiences
  • Coordinating project schedules to balance teams’ workload and tracking project hours against budget
  • Creating project scope documents, such as client-conference reports and change orders, and contributing to creative briefs and opening jobs on selected accounts
  • Analyzing and interpreting a variety of client metrics and information to evaluate campaign effectiveness

Project Manager Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in an advertising agency or a related field.
  • Agency experience is a MUST
  • Proficient in task-management software.
  • Understands the components of successful interactive, digital and print projects.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with many different personalities.
  • Ability to forecast resource conflicts based on client expectations and needs, and to negotiate deadlines and/or revise plans as required.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Energetic, approachable and enthusiastic
