Our client, a growing marketing agency, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their office and RFP/proposal team. If you have three years of experience in a support role within the marketing field, we want to hear from you! This is a contract position that sits onsite in Santa Monica, CA.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Provide administrative support to the RFP/proposal team as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Project Coordinator Requirements / Skills: 


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study. 
  • Three years of experience in related field. 
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. 
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
