We are seeking an experience individual to assume a temporary hire role of Project Coordinator in Florham Park, NJ. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the internal management of projects throughout the Agency form creation to completion. The Project Coordinator works in conjunction with Account in order to move and track projects, develop timelines, identify next steps, as well as, maintain/update PM related materials.  

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities pertaining to given work stream-preparing daily hot sheets/EOD lists, leading weekly internal status meeting and maintaining corresponding report, organizing kick-off meetings, timeline development and refinement
  • Provide clear and concise communication between Account and Shared Services
  • Create, manage and maintain workspaces 
  • Advantage to set up new users, open workspaces, update workflows, etc. 

Project Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, management, advertising, communications or related field
  • 1 year of internship or professional work experience, preferably within an healthcare agency setting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems
