Check out this awesome marketing opportunity! Our client is looking for a direct hire/full-time Performance Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team in the Malvern, PA area. This person will lead US strategies and work with a global marketing team.  They will be measured on the success of brand and will be responsible for positioning, go-to-market, and channel management of web hosting, online marketing products, cloud applications, and servers.  Products include hosting, website builders, domain registration, dedicated and shared servers, e-commerce, online marketing, and cloud-based applications.  

Performance Marketing & Communications Manager Responsibilities:
  • Identify and propose both innovative and integrated sales and marketing strategies with key partners
  • Analyze potential business opportunities, effectively communicate cross-departmentally with team executives, and oversee final execution
  • Enforce brand standards, product positioning, and key messaging across all distribution channels
  • Review supporting Sales & Marketing back up, track generated revenue and report ROI
  • Create and present company PowerPoint presentations at industry conferences and events, as well as strategic business meetings
  • Account management of company’s PR firm, as well as strategic leadership on all press releases, media pitching, editorial content, sponsorship, and co-branded opportunities
  • Responsible for performance, results, and ROI reporting on all media channels and strategic initiatives

Performance Marketing & Communications Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent 4-year degree
  • 7 years track record of success in e-commerce marketing with significant B2B experience
  • Excellent digital marketing skills, including mobile and social performance marketing
  • Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills and a forward thinking mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong copywriting skills needed
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and motivate direct reports
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented person; able to lead projects and interact with multiple departments
  • Ability to craft integrated marketing communication strategies across all channels and touch points
  • Travel is required - must have a valid US Passport
