Fantastic opportunity for a Office Manager! Our client is seeking a talented Office Manager for a temporary hire currently located in Chicago, IL.  For this position, our client is in the fashion industry and a focused PR firm. 

Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Daily Office Tasks/Errands for Employees: including answering phone calls, booking travel, creating shipping labels, etc.
  • Oversee Interns, conduct research for the team
  • Flexibility in hours, may need early mornings for certain days
  • Provide support for finance and billing activities

Office Manager Requirements:
  • 1-2 years admin experience
  • Exceptional communication, creative thinking, and problem solving
  • Candidate must have a car, parking is available
