Our client is seeking a National Relationship & Sales Executive to drive the company’s efforts to acquire and expand broker and relationships and business partnerships, and build sales in their target markets in Atlanta, GA.  This direct hire/full time role will be instrumental in the execution of the strategy in the field, particularly in the area of relationship cultivation and development with target Producers. The National Relationship & Sales Executive will seek creative opportunities to position, with a client-focused philosophy; sharing insights on consultative and value added sales techniques. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will pursue innovative paths to identify and collaborate with contracted and potential brokers and support the national revenue growth. The utmost importance for this role, is building strong consultative relationships while sharing your insights on how to best add value to a competitive line of products.  

National Relationship & Sales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building, maintaining and growing relationships with industry producers in order to develop new business
  • Responsibility for territory management and distribution management by utilizing quarterly reviews, setting goals, quality scorecards, and lead generation tools. 
  • Managing and tracking quality scorecards, ensuring that rules regarding Underwriting, Loss Ratios and Persistency are met
  • Responsible for managing marketing allowances
  • Drive and achieve annual new business and overall net growth goals
  • Self-generate new sales leads from various community engagement initiatives
  • Market and promote products and brand awareness; position the company as a niche carrier that focuses on quality products and relationships.
  • Provide marketing direction as necessary by collaborating with the marketing and sales team to brainstorm and executive creative business plans
  • Keep current on competitors and business trends and incorporate that knowledge into strategies and initiatives
  • Position our product portfolio by providing product training and mentoring to in order to sell our various product lines
  • Understanding and managing sensitive compensation hierarchy structures and schedules that do not interfere with existing distribution structures already set in place
  • Ideal candidate will have a history and track record for selling through and developing relationships with broker partners
  • Attend industry conferences as a spokesperson for the company, as well as be the brand ambassador in several media sources 
National Relationship & Sales Executive Requirements:
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm with a client-centric mentality
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with teams to achieve company goals and expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Sales mastery and leadership skills
  • Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience, with demonstrated success, within a multi-line insurance carrier   
  • Must have a minimum of a 4 year college degree from an accredited college or university
