Are you a talented Multimedia Designer? You may be perfect for this position. We are searching for a Multimedia Designer for a temporary hire position currently located in Malvern, PA. For this Multimedia Designer position, you will provide senior level high-quality and effective electronic and interactive design solutions that meet the needs of internal and external clients. Uses advanced expertise to ensure materials strengthen and support our brand strategy. 

Multimedia Designer Responsibilities:
  • Produce thoughtful solutions with speed and accuracy to meet time, budget, and client needs 
  • Keep up-to-date records of project time 
  • Strictly follows departmental procedures for naming, storing, and archiving. 
  • Manage a high volume of work simultaneously 
  • Work closely with Design Supervisor/Manager and design staff to ensure brand consistency across all projects 
  • Work as a team when brainstorming, planning, prioritizing, and completing assigned projects 
  • Uses advanced understanding of Macintosh graphics software programs, typography, production, and digital pre-press tools and techniques in producing digital files for electronic or print output 
  • Conceptualize, executes and presents creative decisions to peers, management and client Participates in leadership and peer design reviews 
  • Collaborates with and guides vendors when the use of outside resources is warranted 
  • Produces reference materials and guidelines to educate crew and/or vendors

Multimedia Designer Requirements:
  • Minimum three years general experience and three years industry experience in multimedia design
  • Experience with Flash and After Effects
  • Demonstrates expertise in Adobe Creative Suite on a Macintosh platform. 
  • Strong knowledge of the following graphic design practices and concepts
  • Abstract conceptualization and visualization skills
  • User centered design
  • Color
  • Graphic style guides
  • Typography
  • Possesses strong organizational and project management skills
  • Full knowledge of offset print production 
  • Basic understanding and application of web design (Images, Flash and DreamWeaver) 
  • Working knowledge of graphic design practices and concepts 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and maintains a professional demeanor
