Marketing Project Coordinator

Our client in downtown Dallas, TX is looking to add a temporary hire, seasonal Marketing Project Coordinator to their Marketing Team! 

Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with other members of the project management team to ensure projects flow smoothly from concept to completion 
  • Oversee all projects via Basecamp and Google Docs spreadsheet
  • Maintain an electronic archive of all jobs, including tracking time
  • Upload documents to ProofHQ, a web-based editing program
  • Various other tasks such as coordinating department training, expense reports, filing, invoicing and setting up WebEx presentations

Marketing Project Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Mass Communications
  • Must be comfortable with mandatory overtime during busy season which is August-November (Includes late nights and 1 weekend day per week.)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Google Docs and Project Management software is a plus!
