Looking for a new job? We have the perfect position for you! Our client is looking for a talented Marketing Programs Manager for a direct hire/ full-time opportunity currently located in Lewisville, TX. 

Marketing Programs Manager Responsibilities:
  • Strategize annual program offering as well as develop and maintain programs for all key programs outlined above or as assigned
  • Strategize annual promotion offering as well as develop and maintain promotions for all key customers outlined above or as assigned
  • Collect, review, activate, and monitor all sales/marketing customer program enrollment, commitment, and electronic forms and agreements as required for participating in Division Marketing programs
  • Daily management of program and promotion vendors and agency partners to ensure effective project management, timely project completion, quality, and efficient use of resources to achieve planned objectives within budget
  • Establish key reporting metrics on all programs and promotions, and set up monthly/quarterly reports to monitor progress and results 
  • Administer applicable budget and electronic postings on matters related to appropriate invoicing and invoice payment issues with contractor programs and services.  Coordinate, manage and administer billing and reporting for programs.  Develop required Purchase Orders for all programs as needed
  • Be available to represent Channel Marketing at Training, Sales, Distributor Events as needed
  • Work closely with the sales team, finance team and customers in executing channel programs and promotions
  • Refresh dealer and other marketing programs with new attributes based on input from customers and sales team.  
  • Assist and coach direct reports in professional development 
Marketing Programs Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree is required. Emphasis in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism or business is preferred
  • 4-6  years demonstrated evidence of progressive experience in marketing, program management, agency experience and/or program supervision in a multi-project, deadline-oriented environment. 
  • Evidence of professional proficiency in writing, public speaking, and expression of complex data in simple terms is necessary
  • Solid proficiency with the entire suite of Microsoft Office suite of software is essential.  Experience with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Oracle or like programs is a plus
  • Demonstrated organizational, resource, and time management skills are essential for success
  • Progressive record showing ability to work independently and make informed defendable decisions within the marketing program context is critical
  • Teaming skills are essential
  • Occasional travel is necessary
