Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Tracks the execution and effectiveness of marketing activities providing senior management with quarterly updates
  • Meets with internal customers and partners to understand specific business needs
  • Develops project plans to define the need and audience, develops the message/communication, and determines the applicable marketing medium
  • Coordinates launch and dissemination of new materials; paper and electronic, to the appropriate internal or external audience to ensure optimal reception of materials
  • Using basic electronic graphic tools, develops collateral/sales aides and material inventory, tracking the new inventory items to ensure the availability in the required quantities, and communicating the availability of these new items to field sales team and center staff
  • Assists with the collateral review process
  • Interprets, analyzes and reports on marketing impact to determine if chosen concepts and messages are best suited for the desired audience
  • The position requires travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community
Marketing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing related field required
  • 2 – 5 years experience in general marketing support services preferably in a healthcare related company
  • Skilled at conceptualizing creative materials to meet business needs
  • Experienced with graphics software such as InDesign and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills and proven leadership experience
  • Team player with ability to work cohesively with other internal and external partners
