Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator for a temporary opportunity through the end of the year. This Marketing Coordinator position is currently located in West Henrietta, NY.

Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Onsite in West Henrietta, NY
Type: Contract through end of year with potential for extension

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Tactical support for multi-channel digital marketing strategies including web, email, social media, and search marketing programs
  • Work with internal marketing team, external agency, and cross-functional product teams to support development of new marketing content, including creation, publication and promotion of blog posts, video, lesson plans/activity guides, podcasts, etc
  • Schedule and add completed content for publication across multiple digital channels
  • Organize and publish new marketing content including image selection, tagging, meta descriptions, and placement
  • Support Marketing Specialist with review, testing, and approval of all product marketing emails
  • Develop new emails to support ad-hoc requests from sales, customer service, and category teams; work with internal marketing teams to define audience lists, coordinate copy/design, review/approve, and schedule dispatch dates
  • Work with designers, copywriter, and category stakeholders to develop messaging and produce layouts and marketing assets for catalog marketing pages and ride-alongs
  • Develop marketing content and collateral for fall tradeshows
  • Input new marketing jobs into marketing project management tool and monitor workflow to ensure job completion according to project deadlines 

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • 3-7 years of in-house or agency marketing communications experience
  • Experience developing and/or executing integrated multi-channel digital and traditional marketing programs
  • Experience working with digital marketing/marketing automation platforms, including Marketo, web content management systems (CMS) (i.e. Uberflip, RedDot, or similar programs), Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently
  • Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to move multiple projects forward at once under tight deadlines
