Our client is looking for an  Agency Account Coordinator – Fast learner, great listener, hard worker who will stop at nothing to get the job done. Sound like you?  Marketing isn’t just something that you ‘like’ to do – you see it as your calling, your career pursuit. And while you’re still learning the ropes, you’ve got a solid foundation. You’ve been schooled in marketing and communications. You communicate well and can navigate your way around spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. You probably have an internship under your belt, too. Even better, you’ve already spent time in the field of Marcomm at an agency or in-house shop. You’re eager, tenacious and hungry to succeed. You know you’ve got a lot to learn, and you’re ready to go the distance and put in the hours to learn it. In short, you’re a sponge with a body, mind and soul focused on making things happen. 

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage projects assigned to you using our agency workflow process
  • Get estimates and timelines for your projects by working with key agency members
  • Track project status and maintain clear and up-to-date project status reports 
  • Track and report next steps that result from meetings or calls 
  • Gather information from internal partners or external resources that are needed for you projects 
  • Work with the creative team to manage edits to communications 
  • Assist team with getting final sign-offs from SMEs, project owners and compliance/legal team
  • Track and report estimated vs. actual project costs
  • Track schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Ideally, some real-world marketing experience in an agency or corporate marketing department
  • Solid understanding of basic communications principles
  • Solid understanding of basic social and digital media 
  • Demonstrated ability to listen well and learn fast
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment where the priorities and requirements can vary greatly 
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem solving abilities 
  • Strong relationship management skills that support collaboration, respect different perspectives and ultimately help get buy-in of ideas and solutions 
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent business writing and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
