Ready for a new job? We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator for a temporary hire position (3 month contract with chance of extension) in Bethlehem, PA. For this position, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with all marketing needs.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, including writing creative briefs and marketing copy, working with designers, and executing marketing campaigns
  • Works collaboratively with other departments (Editorial, Professional Development, Membership, Meeting & Events, Research, Communications, IT, etc.) to gather information, provide marketing support and communicate design/feedback
  • Execute marketing campaigns across channels, including direct mail, email, web, advertisements, brochures, sales sheets, newsletters, event marketing, etc.
  • Monitor timelines and document milestones to ensure campaigns are completed on time and on budget.
  • Become skilled at using technical systems for production scheduling, email deployment, content management, website analytics, and customer databases.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft work
  • Adobe Creative Suites
