Check out this amazing Marketing Associate position. Our client, an international advisory and financial services firm is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! The Marketing Associate must be a self-starter and must be able to interact with clients to increase international development and fundraising!

Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
  • The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting staff in all marketing and business development efforts. 
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate superior skills in writing, creative design, and entrepreneurial thinking. 
  • Coordinate proposal writing process for competitive bids. This includes proposal drafting, assisting with capture strategy, developing appropriate graphics for inclusion in proposals, supporting coordination and teaming arrangements with subcontractors, and preparing proposal compliance matrices. 
  • Design draft and update marketing materials (brochures, presentations, external marketing communications, conference banners, etc.). 
  • Design and update templates for client materials including presentations, info memos, investment teasers, etc. 
  • Update the Company website and LinkedIn page. 
  • Update and maintain the firm’s client database. 
  • Interact with outside creative agencies 
  • Support staff preparation for upcoming conferences and business development trips with the creation/updating of marketing materials, targeted business development research

Marketing Associate Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or business administration or similar field. 
  • Up to two years of relevant professional. 
  • Excellent proficiency in presentation and design software. 
  • Excellent written communication skills. 
  • Experience preparing large scale proposals preferred. 
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. 
  • Experience with CRM-type database management
