We have the Instructional Designer position you seek! Take a peek at this temporary hire opportunity in Malvern, PA. For this position, you will design high quality learning solutions for internal training and professional development.  The Instructional Designer will be utilizing varying learning channels and methods in order to support business needs. OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of advanced and comprehensive learning solutions using established learning and development best practices
  • Collaborate with Learning Consultants to identify and engage with subject matter experts within the business to inform course content.
  • Design instructional materials: course learning objectives, instructor and participant materials, video scripts, storyboards, e-learning,job aids, reinforcement materials, “train the trainer” materials, evaluation criteria, etc.
Instructional Designer Requirements:
  • 5 years of instrcutional design experience 
  • MUST have experience with LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
  • Experience with EXPERIENTIAL Learning 
  • Experience managing end-to-end instructional design process-based methodology 
  • Proficiency with multimedia design and authoring tools such as Captivate
