Are you a talented image archivist who is skilled in digital asset management? Are you actively looking for your next opportunity to lead a team? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Digital Asset Management Team Lead for a full-time salaried position located in San Ramon, CA. The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Team Lead will manage and develop a team of 3-6 Image Archivists. You will support the company’s DAM needs and direct the daily function of your team team. Our ideal candidate is someone who will seamlessly adopt new standards and have the ability to apply new tools and technologies. 

Management Responsiblities:
  • Develop, coach and mentor direct reports
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular one-on-ones
  • Provide team issue escalation and resolution support
  • Provide effective training on how to leverage the CIL team and tools for all Studio new hires
  • Support team and corporation issues as it related to metadata and corporate compliance, information retention, protection and intellectual property concerns
Day-to-Day Responsiblities:
  • Manage the archiving of assets into the DAM application including advanced metadata entry
  • Assist in asset purchases and searches
  • Track assets, allowing easy and timely access in the DAM application
  • Document and enforce processes for file management of assets into the DAM application
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions while collaborating with the team to improve the application and workflow processes 
Digital Asset Management Team Lead Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a corporate DAM with multimedia assets
  • Master of Library and Information Science (Archives concentration/certificate preferred)
  • Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proven experience working on tight deadlines
  • Adaptable mindset with the ability to adjust to ability changing requirements and schedules
  • Creative problem solver, detail-oriented, and and collaborative approach to all projects
