Event Marketing Coordinator

Fantastic opportunity for a Event Marketing Coordinator! Our client is seeking a talented Event Marketing Coordinator for temporary hire (Washington,DC).  For this position, you will support office events, including webinars, lunch and learns, and other meetings hosted in the DC area. 

Event Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Will create invitations
  • Provide onsite event support 
  • Assist with event reporting tracking using a CRM database
  • Coordinate production of event material 
  • Assisting with venue searching, secure contracts, and provide general department support on various projects.

Event Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2 years corporate event experience 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work overtime hours(early morning events 7 AM- 9AM and late events (5 PM- 9 PM and some weekends) 

A Plus: 
  • Experience working in the legal industry 
  • Experience putting on events in the legal industry
