Check out this amazing Enterprise Solutions Support job for a temporary hire, freelance position in Houston, TX. The Enterprise Solutions Support will act as a liaison between the Creative Department and IT Group and must have high attention to detail. 

Enterprise Solutions Support Responsibilities: 
  • Investigate, diagnose and address department IT problems.
  • Make recommendations for improving systems.
  • Configure and install department desktop images.
  • Responsible for Group Lifecycle and Access Management.
  • Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
  • Maintain an inventory of department hardware and installed software.
  • Support department's servers and systems.
Enterprise Solutions Support Requirements: 
  • Proficient in Windows 7 / 10, Microsoft Office 365, Desktop / Peripheral Hardware and Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
  • 5+ plus years of IT help desk, system admin and/OR Business/Systems Analyst 
  • Computer Science or Information Systems degree or related work experience.  
  • MCP, CompTIA, A+ / Network+ / Security + certifications a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills are a must.
  • Expert PC computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new tools and techniques.
