Director of Creative Marketing

Our client with an industry leading in-house creative/marketing department is seeking a savvy and experienced marketing and operations professional to join their Atlanta, GA based team as their Director of Creative Marketing. This is a direct hire/full-time opportunity! This individual will head a team of experts to lead strategy and serve as the creative thought leader and idea generator. The ideal candidate will empower the best combination of experts to deliver on each opportunity, while bringing creative focus to develop and pitch new ideas to business partners and provide input into marketing concepts, pitch strategies, case studies, and content for pitches and proposals. Director of Creative Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, schedule, and direct marketing efforts of team in support of all business lines
  • Responsible for branding, marketing strategies, client event coordination, research, communication, and all other aspects of marketing
  • Position the company as a leader in commercial real estate marketing through innovation, strategy and design
  • Stay abreast of current and evolving commercial real estate marketing and advertising trends and methodologies
  • Develop marketing strategies to support business development efforts, including the creation and implementation of targeted digital campaigns, pursuit/pitch deliverables, training, and adoption of sales enablement tools, and presentations to be implemented by the Management and Leadership teams
  • Develop, manage, and evolve strategic content for client pitches and proposals
  • Leverage and apply market and location intelligence to help shape narratives tailored to the target audience
  • Identify and create case-studies highlighting the team’s achievements
  • Promote team environment and provide work direction; ensure accuracy and consistency of the work product, compliance with company brand standards, and that all deadlines are met
  • Serve as conduit for assisting local sales teams in identifying resources and information conducive to elevating their business development efforts
  • Work with other marketing experts to develop targeted social media strategies and other digital marketing efforts for the firm’s service lines and practice groups
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing, analytics, tracking, and pipeline reports for management
  • Plan special events and client touch points
  • Research targets and strategy development for each
  • Develop and create internal communication efforts such as monthly newsletters, new-hire announcements, employee surveys, etc.

Director of Creative Marketing Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience of creating and managing marketing campaigns
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at application of brand standards and creation of visual systems
  • Ability to write content for client pitches and proposals
  • Accustomed to a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a team mentality
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred
