Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager that will manage the product roadmap and vision for a suite of complex customer facing digital properties. You will represent the interests of our customers internally to business stakeholders by being their voice on the desired feature functionality as well as the improvements needed to our various digital properties. This individual will supervise a team of digital product/program managers. This leader with the marketing organization will understand business objectives and translate these needs into digital solutions. As a strategy expert within the digital space, this team lead will work across SMEs, project managers, product managers, IT and other needed team/ vendors to aggregate information, define user needs, document user stories, produce product requirements and supervise the development of the digital products. 

Digital Product Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively manage the entire feature life cycle from strategic planning, product release, and iterative changes for our suite of digital products 
  • Lead a team of high performing Digital Product Specialists that delivers best-in-class products that enhances the customer experience across our various audience segments 
  • Provide leadership and strategic insight to ensure a high degree of consistency in how the company's digital products are represented 
  • Prioritize digital projects development within the team to optimize workflow and mitigate risks from concept to deployment 
  • Responsible for the oversight and evolution of our digital product development methodology 
  • Collaborate with the various teams in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows, and ratify UX design 

Digital Product Manager Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of product management experience preferably within Enterprise SaaS applications or Marketing applications 
  • Experience leading teams in high performing, goal oriented environment 
  • Comfortable working with large, disparate data sets and web technologies 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar; MBA is a plus 
  • Past experience in analytics, digital marketing technologies, ecommerce is a strong plus
