Fantastic opportunity for a Digital Product Manager! Our client is seeking a talented Digital Product Manager for a temporary hire currently located in Windsor, CT.  For this position, you will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning to operations and delivery within the digital portfolio with a heavy emphasis on successful delivery of value-added capabilities for our customers. 

Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage product roadmap for applicable applications and systems. Evaluate and prioritize potential new products
  • Gather product requirements, drawing upon relevant analytics & research data. Define business rules for new functionality
  • Mock up or work with the design teams to create user friendly UI/UX (if applicable)
  • Write detailed product design specifications for development of new products and features
  • Work with development team on solution design, implementation tactics, and schedule of deliverables
  • Define product and business KPIs measuring user engagement and results. Ensure implementation of necessary analytics tracking. Develop reports and distribute reports detailing product performance. Perform ad hoc analysis to identify areas for improvement and gain business insights including evaluation of A/B testing results to optimize product performance
Digital Product Manager Requirements:
  • Demonstrated history of conceiving, developing and seeing Products from inception to market
  • Data-minded with A/B testing experience. Demonstrated history of using data to drive product development roadmap.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial spirit + the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
  • SQL familiarity a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Internet industry (web + mobile) experience preferred; healthcare or financial services a plus
