The Digital Product Manager position is a growth opportunity for an ambitious product manager/owner who is looking to advance their career and has a passion for customer-focused design, educational technology and multi-media content in Philadelphia, PA. For this direct hire/full time opportunity, you will be filling a pivotal, highly-visible role in a fast-paced organization that is making significant investments in bringing innovative digital products to market. 

Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:
  • Solicit and prioritize business requirements from key stakeholders within the organization and from customers; synthesize and distill into information that provides consensus and data-driven decisions 
  • Skillfully manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and 3rd parties
  • Work with technology partners to build the next generation of product features for apps, mobile web, desktop and emerging platforms
  • Know and define the audience; understand what they want and need from digital products in their daily lives and focus on delivering the best and most relevant information and solutions for our client’s audience; Prioritize and manage feature requirements roadmap
  • Perform data-driven prioritization of features that meet audience and business needs; set minimal viable product releases
  • Manage client input sessions to gain feedback and input on digital product offerings; Proactively measure and understand how the audience interacts with the products; Evaluate and analyze user and stakeholder feedback; Monitor usage data, engagement, and qualitative data to identify and propose improvements to digital products
  • Evangelize the product vision with new ideas and product features; Collaborate with the marketing team on product marketing plans and developing marketing assets for product; Write user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new feature development; Provide product training and sales support, including product demos for clients; Oversee digital products communication strategy.
  • Analyze market conditions and recommend additional product offerings, adjustments to offerings, and evaluate pricing; Ensure consistency of design across all courses; Provide input on ways to streamline implementation
  • Work with Implementation Team to support client roll outs, implementations, and optimize implementation activities
  • Manage vendor roadmaps with our digital providers/partners

Digital Product Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate degree (MBA) may be considered in lieu of experience
  • Detail oriented and self-starter personality
  • Minimum (3-5) three to five years’ experience with digital product and project management responsibilities
  • Versed in Agile product management methodology and tools
  • Minimum (3-5) three to five years of experience with online consumer-facing digital products
  • Experience with product releases involving advertising system integrations, mobile and product marketing technologies, in addition to editorial content management, online video technologies, and social media platform technologies
  • Proven history of managing multiple product efforts
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; must be able to coordinate and manage all details of a product release, from start to launch and beyond
  • Able to read and synthesize product metrics and make suggestions based on measured product results
  • Passion for digital products and how people use them
  • Effective written and oral communication/communication skills
  • Track record of excellent technical documentation and ability to articulate product technical solutions to development resources
