Looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager responsible for coordinating with our clients, working closely with our Director of Marketing and Account Managers to plan and execute PPC Campaigns, with a heavy focus on Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. We are looking for someone to match our group of passionate and creative individuals. In this role, you will have a range of duties including paid ad strategy, goal setting, reporting, virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients, keyword research, working with our design, dev and marketing teams to convert ad dollars into conversions. 

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Experience running successful PPC campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics, including goal setup and reporting management
  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
  • A high degree of numeracy and the ability to interpret web analytics and provide insights to our Partners
  • Manage accounts and monitor important account metrics across the PPC accounts of our Partners
  • Strategic account planning and execution to maximize ROI
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor and report on competitor PPC activity, assess their tactics, and use what works
  • Participate in routine monthly strategy calls with clients, and additional one-off calls as needed
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with Partners goals
  • Participate in potential client meetings preparing plans as needed
  • Report internally on weekly activity by account highlighting any changes, updates, etc
  • Stay up to date with PPC (Pay per click) and SEM (Search Engine Optimization) trends 

Digital Marketing Manager Skills:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience using digital marketing software platforms required
  • Current Google Analytics Certification is a plus
  • Current Google AdWords Certification is a plus
  • Proven history with B2C & B2B marketing
  • Experience with budgets vs actual reporting, media planning spreadsheets
  • AdWords / Bing certification a plus
  • Available to be in the office at least once a week as consultant 
  • Must have marketing agency experience to be considered at this time
