Job Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: Waltham, MA

Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Create project timelines and manage delivery throughout project lifecycles—kickoff to completion
  • Set daily priorities and assign tasks among team members, maintaining balanced workloads
  • Identify, communicate and manage production risks to eliminate potential pitfalls or obstacles
  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders—clients, creatives and managers—on project progress, tasks and milestones
  • Collaborate on project initiation, creative development and direction with client, design and production teams.
  • Prepare project cost estimates and assist with monthly billing reconciliation
  • Own the studio’s project management software—maintain content quality, provide new user training, manage day-to-day traffic operations and answer user questions
  • Be a point of contact for and assist ad-hoc team members with project scheduling, asset transfers and other creative needs
  • Produce reports for management summarizing department performance, costs and other metrics
  • Manage the digital asset library containing collateral and components, and respond to requests for images, logos, artwork files
  • Continually identify opportunities for improving team operating procedures, workflows and infrastructure
  • Implement process and operational best practices
Creative Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree — preferably in marketing, communications, advertising or business
  • Minimum of two years professional traffic or project management experience for a high-volume creative organization
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Successful track record managing project traffic for a creative agency or in-house team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship- building skills
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using FunctionFox or similar project management software
  • Experience using Veeva Vault or similar digital asset management technologies
  • Understanding of the creative process as well as design and print/digital production
  • Proficient using Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Excel and Power Point, in particular)
