Our client, a leader in the financial services space, is seeking a skilled investment marketing/content communications professional to join their New York City office on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping market the company's private fund offerings and maintain investor engagement through a robust communications program. This person will partner closely with the businesses and working groups, as well as communications and design teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in the messaging and delivery of materials.

Content Marketing Associate Responsibilities
  • Help develop and maintain consistent messaging for the company's private funds—from fund inception through closing and beyond—in partnership with both the Private Funds Group and the real estate, infrastructure and private equity businesses
  • Develop and implement content strategy for fund marketing and continued investor communications program
  • Help ensure consistency of language and messaging across all fund materials—including pitchbooks, presentations, fact sheets, offering memorandums and quarterly investor updates
  • Partner with each business’ private funds IR teams to help enhance the partnership between the company and its investors
  • Collaborate with the the company's communications and design team to ensure alignment of editorial and visual styles and consistency of content
  • Help deliver a best-in-class experience for clients and drive continued investor engagement
Content Marketing Associate Requirements/Skills
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in communications for alternative assets and/or real assets and private fund offerings 
  • Skilled in writing and copyediting 
  • Strong understanding of the asset management/alternative investment industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to solicit feedback and build consensus
  • Good instincts and solid judgment
  • A strong team player who is also comfortable with self-directed work
  • Intellectual curiosity, agility and durability
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Avid reader and a keen interest in world and business events
  • Flexibility and a desire to grow into a key role within a rapidly expanding and highly visible marketing communications function
