Are you looking for a new role? If so, we are looking for a talented Content Manager for a long-term, on-going contract opportunity with a Fortune 500 company. This position is currently located in Kenilworth, NJ. The Content Manager will provide support for: the Enterprise Portal; Enterprise Website; Enterprise Internal Social; E-mail; Analytics and the media types necessary to support each (ie. video, audio, photo, text). This position will maintain the tools required to effectively utilize the systems provided by IT and other internal and external partners.

Content Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Assists with assembly and distribution of Global Communications content: Provides design consultation and technical support to deliver content in a variety of electronic media, primarily the Web and E-mail but also Electronic-enabled employee events. Works with other team members to gather and report on communications metrics.
  • Provides support for communications metrics: Collects and creates reports on metrics gathered on each electronic Communications Channels to assist in the proper evaluation of communications initiatives.
  • Manages day-to-day relationship with IT support: Coordinates activities with IT support to ensure timely delivery of communications materials.
  • Provides support go Global Communications team for core tools: Conducts maintenance and troubleshooting (ie. Software Updates, Testing, etc.) of tools for use by Global Communications in the delivery of content through existing channels.
  • Provides desktop support: Provides as-needed desktop support to the Global Communications teams in the usage of tools for the channels utilized by the team
Content Manager Requirements:
  • Creative and innovative approaches to using technology to deliver effective communications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple organizations to achieve specific communications goals
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects
  • Experience providing communication support to a global organization as a shared service is highly desirable
  • Must be a self-starter, quick learner and be able to deliver under deadlines
  • Experience utilizing Enterprise CMS systems and portals
  • Applications required: Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office 365
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a PLUS
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Digital Communications experience
