Are you looking for a new role? If so, we are seeking a talented Associate Project Manager for a full-time opportunity with a Fortune 500 Pharma client of ours. This position is currently located in Kenilworth, NJ. Ideal Project Manager must have pharmaceutical advertising/marketing experience including knowledge of the medical/legal review process, PM tools such as Workfront, Qworx, or Excel.

Title: Associate PM
Location: Kenilworth, NJ
Term: Ongoing/Full-Time

Associate Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manages development of operational documents, including monthly and quarterly metrics presentations
  • Generates, processes, and analyses regular and ad hoc reports from agency’s workflow/project management tool
  • Works closely with Associate Studio Manager and Project Manager (Operations) to support operational functions, including reviewing processes for continuous improvement
  • Works to clean up elements of agency’s workflow/project management tool
  • Supports billing functions
  • Administrative support: Maintains a variety of spreadsheets, lists, and communications to support overall agency business
  • Assists in on-boarding process for new team members
  • Manages leadership requests for communications, visitor registration, and meeting setup
  • Project management: Manages internal operations jobs, including schedules, assets, and overall project organization
  • Ensure project requirements and key milestones are clearly communicated and adhered to
  • Ensures that creative staff understand their responsibilities and accountabilities and properly execute their assignments
Associate Project Manager Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 2+ years project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational, administrative, and time-management skills. Can effectively manage and prioritize numerous projects with tight deadlines with little or no supervision while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
  • Detail oriented and able to apply quality control practices to all projects
  • Able to develop project-related budgets, track time and expenses, and submit invoices in a timely manner
  • Expertise in relevant applications and tools
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Explorer
  • Tech savvy – able to quickly grasp new systems
  • Able to analyze data and apply tactical and strategic thinking to development and review of metrics
  • Commitment to adhere to all policies and procedures and the team objectives of customer service, operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous process improvement
