We are looking for a talented Associate Producer for an ongoing contract opportunity. This Associate Producer position is currently located in North Wales, PA. This person is responsible for supporting the preproduction, production and postproduction of original videos based on business and marketing strategy for on-time and on-budget delivery to meet client expectations.

Job Title: Associate Producer
Location: North Wales, PA
Type: Ongoing / On Site  / 40 hour a week Contract 

Associate Producer Responsibilities:
  • Support video productions from concept through completion
  • Collaborate with staff and clients to develop original, thematic and appropriate concepts and scripts for corporate video projects, including training, communications and other purposes
  • Support studio and field production
  • Interface with client and client staff as needed; work closely with team to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
  • Interview subjects on- or off-camera; provide guidance to non-actor talent to achieve strong on-camera performances
  • Oversee edit/graphic sessions on lower-tier projects utilizing both in-house and external personnel
  • Manage project budgets, resources and schedules for lower-tier projects
  • Support camera crews and professional and non-professional talent on production days
  • Operate production equipment when necessary
Associate Producer Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in broadcast production, film, communication or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of video production experience with a minimum of two years of client management responsibility
  • Portfolio required
  • Strong command of modern digital video production, equipment and processes, including experience with multiple video formats and understanding of video production terminology
  • Deep understanding of production positions and roles and ability to match crew & vendor capabilities with production needs
  • Flexibility; must work well in teams and be comfortable both giving direction and receiving it from others
  • Working knowledge of video editing
