This position is currently located in North Wales, PA. The Account Supervisor/Promotion Manager will lead the development and delivery of promotional campaigns and resources supporting various strategies for a specific product or franchise. This individual is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the product strategy and its competitive landscape. Additionally, this individual should understand the customers' needs, preferences, and environment in order to develop effective marketing campaigns and tactics. 

Job Title: Account Supervisor/Promotion Manager 
Location: North Wales, PA
Term: Long-Term Contract 

Account Supervisor/Promotion Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develops a communication strategy that is aligned to the brand & customer strategy, and fully leveraging all available channels to deliver a positive client/customer experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of marketing & brand strategy and applies strategic choices to develop relevant & compelling communications, promotional campaigns, and tactics
  • Knows the customer: demonstrates a deep understanding of customer targets, their needs & channel preferences
  • Partners with the brand team and external agency partners & third party vendors to ensure that all offerings meet the strategic and communication objectives for the brand
  • Manages the creative process for specific initiatives and provides necessary guidance to the agency partners
  • Manages projects and programs “end to end” through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Promotion Review Team (PRT) approvals, and production
  • Works collaboratively and in an integrated manner with multiple teams supporting promotion
  • Ensures appropriate measurement of promotional activities’ effectiveness & leverages information for ongoing optimization of promotional efforts
  • Maintains working knowledge of regulatory guidance & delivers compliant programs
  • Manages promotion budget
  • Able to build consensus, manage conflict, and negotiate effectively
Account Supervisor/Promotion Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of (5) years combined Marketing, Marketing Support, or Sales 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop/influence and execute marketing strategy
  • Strong business acumen, superior communication and influencing skills
  • Experience and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Pharmaceutical or Agency Management experience
