A full-service advertising agency in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Account Supervisor for a direct hire/full-time position. The Account Supervisor will organize all projects to assist in facilitating on time delivery, and build strong client relations by providing consistent project strategy and delivery. 

**This is an on-site position. Company offers a robust relocation package, but is not seeking remote candidates at this time** 

Account Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with client and internal team members 
  • Lead project implementation 
  • Interface with client’s agency departments to on-going projects ensuring cooperation between resources 
  • Manage budgets for clients, assist with keynote presentation development, analyze sales and marketing data, measure media performance, prepare sales analysis spreadsheets and lead project management for internal teams 
  • Schedule and participate planning sessions to develop tactics and creative execution 
  • Manage digital and traditional jobs (websites, online media, mobile, social media, PPC, television, radio, print and out of home)
  • Collaborated with research team for qualitative and quantitative studies 
  • Benchmark our clients’ competitor’s digital marketing programs weekly. 
  • Accountable for tracking jobs through to completion, and managing client work budgets 
  • Coordinate and conduct status meetings with client and team 

Account Supervisor Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related study 
  • 5 years of prior Account Management experience within an advertising agency and experience managing production and creative teams 
  • Experience working with national brands 
  • A minimum of 1-year of experience mentoring a junior staff member 
  • Comprehensive understanding of creative development and the production process for interactive media-based and traditional programs 
  • Experience tracking, estimating and managing multi-phase project budgets
