Our client a marketing and technology agency  is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Washington D.C. The Account Manager will work directly with clients to develop digital engagement programs for some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations.

Account Manager Responsibility: 
  • Help grow and nurture relationships with key client accounts
  • Help draft client presentations, status updates, memoranda and proposals
  • Prepare project plans with tasks, responsibilities, timelines and dependencies
  • Manage and coordinate internal delivery teams
  • Support and learn how to develop marketing and engagement strategies for clients
  • Support internal marketing and business development strategy
  • Join subject matter experts in presenting work to clients
  • Follow market trends and competitive intelligence within the digital and healthcare space 
Account Manager Requirements / Skills: 
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Agency experience preferred, with the ability to work across multiple clients and projects
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Eye for detail a must
  • Must have an interest in working in the healthcare industry or learning about digital health
  • Positivity and enthusiasm a must
