We are working with a client who is a leading provider of Human Capital Management software, and they are seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Rolling Meadows, IL! The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in time and attendance and account management, as well as strong sales skills.  This person will have also demonstrated strong leadership skills and a desire to move into a management position.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
 
  • Sell HRIS and Payroll products as well as time clocks and other new products and services
  • Manage clients—meet with them regularly to uncover potential issues or training needs, oversee open tickets and manage difficult issues or customer challenges to resolution.
  • Retain and renew client contracts and attain net new revenue
  • Oversee customers’ overall satisfaction and relationship
  • Work closely with the 24/7 technical support team in managing customers’ service levels
Account Manager Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • 3+ years of account management and/or sales at B2B organizations with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • 3+ years of time and attendance product experience serving mid to large enterprises
  • 2+ years of exposure to payroll and ERP systems
  • Strong selling skills and proven track record of penetrating accounts and growing revenue
  • Strong customer facing skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ablity to work under pressure while resolving critical issues and communicating action plans to the customer as required
  • Track record of leading initiatives, driving team-based results and directing/coaching others to perform at their best
