Account Manager

We have a wonderful temp-to-hire Account Manager opportunity with a fast-growing agency client. This position is based in their Philadelphia, PA office and will offer the opportunity to work with a diverse blend of pharma and non-pharma clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Act as main point person for multiple clients
  • Run client-facing meetings, phone calls, and other correspondence 
  • Help to manage the company’s overall relationship with the account
  • Ensure that day-to-day client deliverables are handled on time and on budget and meet client satisfaction
  • Understand the client’s business, the business objectives, and the client’s needs 
  • Provide leadership to clients and internal teams in the area of interactive pharmaceutical 
  • marketing 
  • Define strategic and tactical plans that increase the value of client brands and products 

Account Manager Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience in strategy, marketing, interactive, and business modeling 
  • Experience working as an Account Manager in an interactive marketing agency required OR may have in-house pharma/life-sciences experience in HCP space
