Account Manager

We are seeking a strong direct hire/full time, Account Manager (eCommerce) that can own the day to day communication with all key contacts within the customer’s eCommerce organization in Jessup, MD.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Partner with customer’s eCommerce teams to develop and execute promotions, co-op and marketing events/campaigns.
  • Work with marketing to ensure the item set up process for customer’s eCommerce business is executed with the correct attribution, copy and product imagery
  • Work proactively with demand planning and operations to execute new product launches and ensure 100% in-stock rate
  • Leverage site analytics from customer to help inform better decisions
  • Analyze sales, demand, margin, returns, and stock position to understand the health of the business and opportunities to deliver both value to customer & solid ROI 

Account Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience client facing dealing directly with eCommerce sites 
  • Previous Marketplace experience preferred such as Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair, Target and/or sites 
  • Excellent analytics, organizational and coordination skill
  • Experienced in customer service and understanding the critical importance of user reviews in Marketplaces 
  • Takes initiative and brings impeccable follow-up skills
