These assessments are timed and designed to simulate actual projects in order to evaluate a candidate's hands-on ability to perform in a real-world working environment.
We measure technical skills across multiple software versions and platforms to evaluate conceptual design abilities, writing, illustration, digital and photo editing proficiencies.
Candidates complete the assessments at one of our offices in a fishbowl setting so we can monitor their overall performance in a deadline-driven environment.
All hands-on talent are required to take our assessments before being qualified to join our talent pool.
