Interactive Marketing Manager

A well-known organization in the Metro Philadelphia area is searching for a highly strategic and hands-on leader who is innovative, a creative thinker and has that true entrepreneurial spirit to take on the key role of Interactive Marketing Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new company programs. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with C-level employees, internal employees, creative team members and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and disseminate company's interactive vision
- Maintain online analytics
- Determine new strategies, products, services and ideas to drive customer traffic, sales and revenue
- Form ways to determine competitors and new business opportunities
- Maintain website, including content, usability and conversion rates to drive traffic
- Oversee vendor negotiations and process development of services testing
- Lead program testing and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Arts or Science
- MBA or advanced Marketing degree is preferred
- At least five (5) years in retail marketing
- Previous in the interactive and digital marketing space
- ECommerce background
- Proven ability to use unique and innovative products and initiatives to reach goals and customers
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership position
- Excellent organizational, time management and negotiation skills
- Must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Superb communication and interactive skills
