Job ID: 32435 | | A leading pharmaceutical company in Princeton, NJ has an outstanding long-term temporary opportunity for a seasoned Senior Web Producer. We are seeking a resourceful, solutions-oriented team player with at five years of online media and agency/studio experience and a strong medical or pharmaceutical background. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills and proven project management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee web content and design projects from initial concept to project delivery
- Manage a small team of web producers
- Supervise day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Review deliverables before sending to client
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Ensure company methodologies and standards are met
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Manage daily client interaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- At least three to five years of online media
- A minimum of 5 years of agency/studio experience
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Team player with excellent relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Works efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Superb written, verbal and presentation skills
- Two years in a medical/pharmaceutical or related design environment preferred
- Budget management experience including strict budget management and reporting of team hours
- Technical Web background is a plus
