The BOSS Group Launches Cella Consulting, LLC.
BETHESDA, MD – Recognizing the need for a consulting practice focused exclusively on the management of creative, marketing and communications organizations, the owners of The BOSS Group announce the launch of Cella Consulting, LLC. The new venture will provide an array of management consulting services specifically geared toward helping leaders of in-house creative teams optimize operational performance and maximize ROI – even under today’s tight cost controls.
The company’s expertise will appeal to managers re-evaluating their organization design, processes, systems and technology, financial management, strategic planning or personnel development programs.
Cella Consulting leverages an extensive network of consultants and partners to offer practical strategies and solutions based on real-world experience in the creative environment. Cynthia C. Urbano has been named President of Cella Consulting. She brings more than two decades of experience to the position, having most recently led a full-service creative shop supporting the branding, marketing and communications needs of a Fortune 500 government contractor.
