The BOSS Group Named A "Fastest Growing Company" By The Washington Business Journal

Washington D.C. – October 12, 2007 – The BOSS Group (www.thebossgroup.com) a leading niche staffing firm servicing creative and communications professionals seeking interim and permanent job placement, was recognized by The Washington Business Journal as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Greater Washington. The BOSS Group received the honor at an evening awards reception held October 11 at the Galleria at Lafayette Centre in Arlington, VA.
The BOSS Group doubled in revenue from 2004 to 2006 with growth stemming from increased demand for the company’s services fueled by a tightening labor market, new programs and benefits geared toward recruiting and retaining talent, as well expansion into new markets such as Richmond, Baltimore and Dallas.
Companies were selected based upon three-year revenue-growth percentage. In addition to high growth rates, companies must have had 2004 revenue of more than $2 million and 2006 revenue of more than $10 million in order to be eligible. Participants in the survey were based in the metropolitan Washington D.C. region.
The fastest growing companies were also profiled in a special supplement in the October 12 edition of The Washington Business Journal.
